Stamp is perf 10 single line WM. Believe to be Scott #289a. Can not find with overprint. Any help appreciated.





EDIT: In my haste to ID the stamp with overprint, I misidentified the stamp itself. It is perf 11 and after very careful review, the WM I thought I saw has disapeared. So that makes the stamp a Scott #297 with precancel.
