My guess: cutouts from stationery.
The first three are not cut outs, they are Scott #'s 456, 458 and 460. Of course the 4th one might be a cutout. Does anyone know for sure?
I'm missing, from that series, 459 ($12.50), 463 (verrrry $$$$ $3000+) and 466 ($50). They don't even know much about 463!
Harvey,
I had the same problem with the 40 kop. stamp. After some investigations and with some help from Russia, you can find the answer going to my thread from 19 Aug. 2023: Is this a Scott stamp or a cut square....

I saw these stamps on E-Bay and tried for quite a while to ID the stamp on the far right without any success. I have the other three so if anyone wants them I'll send them to you free of charge. But the fourth one bugged me since I couldn't find it!! It's probably very common, maybe part of an envelope or wrapper but it bothered me to the point where I bought it. I'm sure most of you know the feeling. Can anyone help me? I believe it is the Kremlin Tower but I can't seem to find the stamp in Scott's or in my Minkus Album. Possibly I'm just going past it each time, I'm sure you know that feeling as well!! I found a picture of the perforated version on Google but with no identification and a different denomination - very annoying!
Edit: The 50 denomination is either #1220 or 1349. I have both but can't locate the 40 anywhere, with perfs or without. Maybe it was re-issued as a 40 as a label??
