The King Charles 111 stamps are as rare as hen's teeth in my part of Scotland.
Most stamps so far seem to be a younger Prince Charles.
Here is a link to the Royal Mail shop where you can see (and order) the new stamps.

Thanks , Vic!
Is it just me, but when I look at the stamps it is somewhat difficult to see the difference between the queen's and the king's image?
I know my eyes are going, so I would blame it on that.
I really like Canada’s coronation stamp. It’s regal even without the crown. But Britain’s stamps? I wouldn’t spend a farthing on them, whatever a farthing is (or was). I know, Google it and all that, but how mundane those stamps are — boring, really!
Anyway, I noticed two new sets of British stamps that I would buy, not that I ever buy modern stamps. They’re the Robin Hood and the Royal Scot train issues. Great stamps (considering that they have little do with anything other than building Royal Post’s coffers).
The Robin Hood stamps appeal to me because one of my fondest childhood memories was listening to my mother read Robinhood to me — the N.C. Wyeth illustrated edition. I was devastated when Robin died. And the Royal Scot issue? I like, but don’t collect, steam engine stamps, and the RoyalScot stamp designs are the peak of perfection in my world, circumscribed as it may be.

There is a new set due out this month celebrating:-

I received this one (uncancelled - as 90% of the UK mail I receive) in yesterday's mail. The weird black dots are on the stamp and are not due to a scanning error.
I got one last week with a nice cancel. Probably just luck as I often get scribble cancels also.
datamatrix reads as follows.
I was given this one today.
datamatrix reads.

How do you know the datamatrix? Who scans it? Just trying to figure out this new technology?
I used this online tool to read the code.

A farthing is one 1/4 of a pence.

I wonder what the new British stamps will look like. Anyone has one to post here? I saw a Canadian definite stamp with King Charles yesterday. No crown, no anything. Is this the new image of the modern monarchy?
PS just noticed there was another thread started. Sorry
