I just measured the 1's in the 15 and they are the same length as are the 5's.
One of the joys of computers is one can increase the size of the stamp and then measure it with a ruler to see if there is a difference.
Have three duplicates and all three are 4.5 mm tall, don't know exactly what Scott means by "short 15", an actual dimension would be helpful, but leave it to Scott to do everything half way.
According to Facit, there are three different types of overprints, the one in the middle I believe is the one that Scott refers to as short 15, actually a different font if you will.
