I recommend http://stampmountseconds.com/. I have purchased from him for years and have never been disapointed. The mounts are labeled as seconds, but I have never had a problem of any kind. You get over twice the strips for less money that any other commercial seller. HOWEVER, the web site indicates that he is currently out of stock for all 215 mm strips except for size 48. You do not indicate what size you need.

Check out ebay. Plenty of dealers there selling mounts. The one I have found who has the best supply is "mjaffe" from Brookman Stamp Company. He also offers a 10% discount, and ships quickly. I have several other dealers who I buy supplies from as well.

Have purchased mounts from a variety of vendors. Recent purchased attempts have resulted in “out of stock” responses.
