I don't use Scott, and the first one has me stumped just now. The second stamp is SG3184 from 2011.

The first stamp is a Nothern Ireland (Regional Issue) Scott #23 (Linen) - issued March 28, 2006.
The regional listings follow the regular listings in the Scott catalogue after Semi-Postals, Air Post, Special Delivery & Official Stamps
The second stamp is part of the Wm. Morris & Co. 150th Anniversary set issued May 5, 2011 - Scott #2905.
