Doug..Ithink you have the wrong Scott number
Doug: I worked on your question for a little while earlier today. I thought I might have some philatelic resources to try to answer the question, but I came up dry.
You are correct that the Scott number is 4005K. It's one of the many personal stamps that Japan has issued, where only the frame is standard and the image contained with it is a custom order.
There's one other resource I will check tomorrow and hope to post back here shortly thereafter.
Sorry it took me a little longer than I thought, but I was able to dig up a little more information about the stamp.
It is listed in a special section of the Sakura catalog called "Frame" stamps. That particular frame stamp is PH28.
Here is the relevant page from my 2021 edition:
So, I did a Google search using this catalog number, and it popped up with several ebay listings.
Here are some examples being offered for sale:
And here's an example for what a complete sheet would look like. In addition to supplying the images for the individual stamps, the purchaser also provides an image that's used in the mail photo part of the sheet.
Although there is a ruler shown alongside the full sheet, I think it would be hard to determine with accuracy the height.
So, my thought is perhaps you could contact the seller of the individual stamps, who's in Texas, and ask them if they would be able to measure it for you.
I think it's ok here to link to an ebay listing. (If not, moderators, please remove.)

and, for the heck of it, the full sheet listing:

That's great, Doug!
It seems like those personalized frame stamps are very hard to find. I rarely come across them in dealers' stocks, whether mint or used.
That's terrific, Doug!
Really glad that worked out!
Thanks for posting it!
Wow...that looks huge!
