re: Are these stamps real?

These are early stamps from Germany and I don't see a reason why they wound't be real.

re: Are these stamps real?

For market value of these stamps one can always check Colnect, Delcampe or even eBay. Don't expect very high prices.

I agree, no reason to assume these are not real. The Allenstein one has a correct cancel (Ortelsburg was in the plebiscite area).

re: Are these stamps real?

Here we go :

1 Mark : without watermark it is Michel 78 A b (3,5 euros)
1 Mark : with watermark it is then Michel 94 A I (3 euros)

2 Mark : it is Michel 95 A I (it is written on the back) (4 euros)

3 Mark : With Allenstein overprint what JanSimon Stated
Michel 14 (9 euros)

5 Mark : without watermark it is Michel 81 A b (25 euros)
5 Mark : with watermark it is then Michel 97 A I b (28 euros)

From the photo I can not detect if the 1 Mark and the 5 Mark has a watermark or not.

But..........
It appears that the 2 Mark has an issue at the top right corner (maybe the teeth is bend, can not see that clearly)
the 3 mark has some short teeth at the top left side
the 5 mark is damaged on the back and has some short teeth at the top
