Among some of the miscellaneous items and old albums I have looked over, I found this stamp that I can't identify. Any help would be appreciated. FYI, I don't know why its upside down here as its right side up in my files. Thanks, Big Daddy Dave

Right way up.
Edit Google images/translate gives us the following.
The 6 pointed star ties it to the Jewish community. Would appear to be connected to Jewish National Fund, so probably a cinderella.

It is indeed a Jewish National Fund label from 1919. One of a pane of 6 produced for booklets entitled 'Palestine Views'.
The view here is 'A House in Herzl Forest' which is near Jerusalem. The forest was named after Theodor Herzl, found of the World Zionist Organization.
