This perfs at 12 x 12 1/4. No guide dot. First guess would be 41, but the color doesn't make sense. Could this unused stamp have oxidized that much?

My guess would be 37d. It is the right color for it from what I can tell.
Here is my suspected 37d. One day I will send it in to the VGG to get it expertised.
