Unless it's changed recently, it should be: 800-782-6724
That's specifically for Stamp Fulfillment Services.
The USPS ordering phone number has changed. The current issue of USPS Philatelic has 844-737-7826. I've ordered using this number.
800-782-6724 no longer works.
Thanks, Tom!
I'm glad I put in the proviso about it having changed recently (although perhaps it was longer ago than I recalled), but I'm also sad that I didn't think to look in the latest USPS Philatelic catalog.
Thanks for the clean-up!
To the contrary Dave, I called 800-782-6724 today and the guy that I talked to took care of my problem. Perhaps the oyher number is for ordering.
Thanks everyone for the assistance.
Well, that's great news, Richard! I got that number off of an invoice I had from them that accompanied a recent purchase, so I'm glad it still works. I've had to contact them twice before on orders that had errors, and they were very pleasant and helpful. I'm glad to know that might still be the case!
I've been using the 844-737-7826 number for orders for at least a couple of years. At one point, possibly in 2020 or 2021, the 800 782-6724 was not working, maybe a casualty of the pandemic. I wasn't aware that it was back online.
I placed both a December and January order with the USPS, paying via PayPal. Most the stamps from both orders did not arrive. Some were still listed as "Processing."
From PayPal I learned that USPS had glitches that simply cancelled the transactions.
I finally got my money back. Good luck.
Why is it that less and less actually functions since DeJoy took control of the USPS. Things are slower, more expensive, less reliable, and, as noted here, phone numbers go unsanswered and orders unfulfilled.
On January 2, I placed an order on the USPS site. Two items were pre-ordered. I received the order less the pre-ordered items quite quickly. Thhe pre-ordered items have been issued a few weeks ago but they still say they are Processing. I can't find an Email or phone number for them that anyone answers..
Can anyone help me with a phone number or email address? Thank you.
