Just one question, is this so called bluish paper the same bluish paper used on the Washington-Franklin US issues?
I am no expert on the Washington-Franklins, but my understanding is that the blued paper is actually a rather faded greyish and difficult to discern.
Not so with these:

Not the same at all. Below is an image of the bluish WF (S.357) and a blued paper penny red.
I do have several copies of these stamps and the bluish color is fairly obvious and there's no doubt when you compare it with a white paper issue, the W-F stamps are a bit more tricky since the bluish paper is not as distinct
as the UK issues, hard to tell from a PC picture but a blue hue seems to be present. Were those W-F stamps with the bluish paper printed with a rotary press or flat press.
All the WF bluish paper varieties (S.357-366) were flat plate, perf.12, double line watermark. Only two (S.357-8) are at all common.
My example of S.357 front, back and on orange background with a non bluish WF for comparison:
Just finished sorting my W-F using Scott but I would like to know of a site, and I know they are there, with more info, I did ended up with several duplicates but before I get rid of them, I want to make sure that that's what they are, duplicates.
Roy has just posted a very interesting and informative Exhibit on the Great Britain Penny Reds. Take a look. There is some great information there.
