Yesterday, when I went to the Post Office to send two envelopes with stamps to my buyers, I was surprised by the clerk, informing that all letters to foreign countries should have attached a declaration for the customs office, indicating the content of the envelopes and authorizing the opening of the letters.
I don´t know if according to this, the sending of stamps will be taxed. Also, there was no information about incoming letters.
Therefore, I would like to ask my buyers not to pay pending invoices until this issue is cleared. Likewise, for sellers, please wait for my payments until I know more about this.
As I just sent some letters, and am expecting some others to arrive soon, I will let everyone know the real situation as soon as possible.
