Is somebody knowledgeable on Guyana overprints, because I am very confused? Let's start with Guyana #144 a 60c stamp. I do not have a copy, but that's OK. The stamp had been also overprinted REVENUE ONLY. Next, under Scott #390 it is shown with overprint 720c. Thant's OK, too. Now I have following stamp:

Image Not Found

The overprint shows 7.20 (not clear if this number is Cents or Dollars). There is an overprinted stamp with $7.20, but it is #135.
The scanned stamp is not listed in revenue section.
Conclusion and question: what is the real Scott number for the scanned stamp? What would be the face value in Guyana's currency?
Am I right to be confused?

Guyana is very confusing with all the overprints and overprints on overprints. This one looks like Scott 390 issued in 1981.

How do you know it is $7.20?

Looks like 720 with an O (from “only”) between the 7 and the 2?

Sally, the "O" is part of the REVENUE ONLY which is also on the stamp.

It i clear now for me. Indeed, the o is from ONLY. This is not a decimal point. And there is no Dollar sign in front of 7.
Clear, this is #390. Case closed. Thanks, Virgil

@sheepshanks- that’s what I thought but figured I must be missing something.

How’s the winter up there? We had no snow here until last night and only got an inch. Very heavy and wet.

Hi Sally, winter not too bad, about a foot of snow, but milder than normal. Lots of Foggy frosty days.
This is a photo taken Sunday.
