Has anyone seen, or know anything about, the overprint on # Q8 shown here? As best as I can determine, the overprint reads "OLTRE CIUBA - or GIUBA", but there seems to be no mention of overprints on these parcel post stamps. Any news/information Image Not Found

will be appreciated!
