This stamp is listed in the JSDA catalog and also in the Stamp world catalog, but of course not in Scott, either that or I just can't seem to find it in either regular postage stamps or in the prefectures. I already wear tri-focal glasses and many magnifiers for assistance, but sometimes it just isn't enough?
I tried to copy the photo but it did not show up with the other data below.
