It keeps happening over and over again. A Poland book was introduced today that looked really hopeful, but I was disappointed again. There are a handful of stamps from the 1950's that I am missing, a new Poland book with a whole bunch of stamps from the right time period comes out, and the stamps I am looking for are not there - they never are! They're not expensive but the same stamps are always missing, very annoying!! Does anyone else have the same problem? I could buy some of them individually on E-Bay but by the time the shipping is added in they are way too expensive. I guess if I keep looking eventually they'll show up in one of the books!

Have you tried trading stamps without another collector for those missing stamps?

On Colnect, you can see who has them and may swap them or sell them.

Just a thought. Contact me and I would glad to send you duplicates you need from Poland. I posted a book today and still have many duplicates.

Tree didn't cause any damage, now I have to get rid of it!!! I just got overbid on a US stamp on E-Bay and instead of putting the bid up on the fairly expensive item I went into E-Bay and bought 6 Poland stamps I wanted that I managed to find at very reasonable prices. I feel better now, almost like I saved money!! I'm now down under 100 Poland stamps that I don't have and most of those are the older overprints that are almost always fakes anyway. Even though they are probably fakes sellers try to get very high prices without certificates. They must think we are crazy but maybe some of us are!!!
