What are you complaining about?
You get the best possible customer service, best shipping costs, including free shipping.
But not in this case, $15.00 for shipping.
What is really upsetting is that someone will fall for this crap, seems to me that every crook find his sucker.

It only takes a few of these sales for the seller to continue it. It is like all the Internet scams. They work on percentages - contact thousands at little expense and hope for just a few people to bite. But then judging by people posting questions about value in many forums., many may think they are worth something. You do not get many of these one post wonders at SOR,

The used price for this stamp in my 2015 Scott's is $0.25. If I needed the stamp and offered him about half CV I'd still have to pay $15 shipping. If I was stupid enough to go for this I wonder if he'd accept the offer. Since it doesn't say "Global Shipping" he's making enough on the shipping to justify sale. It's amazing it says that returns are provided!! Would someone like to volunteer to make a $0.12 offer?
