There are quite a number of them and others around, they were reprinted for various Stamp Fairs around the 70's 80's

Using Google Translate, it translates to "Special Postage Stamp in favor of the Berlin Currency damaged issued December, 1949." Price - 1 DM
I can't find his on Ebay or Hipstamp which surprises me as I doubt if it is rare.

Can someone identify this card from Berlin. It is similar to Souvenir Sheet 9NB1-9NB3. Is this a Souvenir Card or an Admission ticket to a Stamp show? Thank you.
