I believe the stamp showing to be King George VI War Issue #249cs (single from #249c , perf 12 vert. (BK38) issued Sept. 1, 1943, CV Mint $1.00 (Add 50% for NH). Prices I quoted are CDN$ listed in the 2019 Unitrade Specialized Catalogue

I see no mention of a one side horizontal imperf on this stamp. The one side perf is 12. Very common stamp otherwise. Any thoughts?
