thanks for letting us know, Theresa
i used to do lots of trading with him; your suggestion of a card seems perfect

Pretty sure I had read somewhere of Paul’s passing a month or two ago.
He was kind enough last year to send me a large specialty collection of the Germany post-war building stamps with documents on the (amazingly large number of) variations. Still trying to figure them out!
Very “precious” guy indeed! RIP
Dave
Not sure Paul has passed. I have not found any Obituaries for him. Maybe he is unwell and not able to use internet at present. I believe he is around 91 years of age. The Hospice suggestion is reasonable.
I received an envelope of Stamps from Paul a few weeks ago. He is still in hospice type care after multiple heart attacks and yes he is in his 90’s. He can’t get up to his stamp den and has given away many of his stamps and asked me to not send others. But I sent a card and I’m sure he would also greatly enjoy a card or note in the mail from his friends here. If you need his address it is in the member data base.
Some unhappy news - Long time (2007!) member Paul Hagen sent a note saying that he is now in Hospice care. I’m sure he would very much enjoy a card in the mail from old friends. His address is in the membership pages.
