I need help to identify that piece. It is self-sticking, 3.5 x 4.5. Michel

Salut Michel,

Jacques

re: Canada: Label, stamp, or cinderella?

2019 Unitrade Catalogue Value CDN$6.00 Unused or Used or CDN$20.00 On Cover.

These labels were introduced on an exoperimental basis to speed up automatic sorting during the busy Christmas mail season.
The 1983 experiment was conducted in Winnipeg only, and covers must bear a Winnipeg postmark during the period of late-November to December 1983. The 1984 experiment was expanded to other major cities across Canada.

It is Unitrade Catalogue #1-ST not #2-ST
