The dead giveaway that this was a deep Communist country was 3 workers hitting a small rock (?) with sledgehammers while 1 (undoubtedly) party official sat in a tent supervising.
Uh, wait, could have also been a local issue from my city…

This stamps is dedicated to the blacksmith art. The two blacksmith are hitting a piece or iron on an anvil while a third one activate the air blower.. The other one is the master that give them the instruction on the rythm and strenght to use to hit the iron. Typical way of forging katana in the ancient art of blacksmith. The painting used for this stamp is by Kim Hong Do, 18th century Korean artist.
