The stamp on the right is Scott# 436 if it is watermarked. Unwatermarked it is Scott# 521B. Scott# 436 catalogs for $7.00 used and Scott# 521B catalogs for $3.75

It is described as a Duty stamp from 1962 and is listed as number S31
