These are easy to find, I've picked up a few of these, both R116 & R142 which are from the same transfer rolls!

See the Pick Up Points (PUPs) arrows which point to the Foreign Design Transfer, elements of R117 & R143.

This is what happened: Laying down the printing plate, the first transfer was the 70 center, it was realized error, earsed out (but design elements were not totally earsed) resulting in the right and proper foreign design transfer.

The middle image is without the foreign design transfer!
