I had a few pages of Australian postage dues that I was thinking of posting Joe. When I looked at the catalogue and the difficulty in discerning the watermarks on the various prints, I realized it would take much more time than I was willing to spend.

yes Larry, that is the real pain in the ass about Australian postage dues and I have the feeling that's the main reason why so few are posted! I HATE WATERMARKS!!! I'm really glad someone else feels the same as I do!

Addition: I just checked my want list and there are only 6 of these that I need. If you are interested in breaking them up could you let me know and I will send you a list by regular e-mail. If you would prefer to sell the whole lot please let me know a price. The "boys in charge" will probably object to this being done here so they might delete this. If so I will get back to you!

I was just looking through my Australia want list and noticed a few things. Except for some of the higher value roo stamps almost all of the 62 stamps (cut off 1955) that I am missing are postage dues. They are not incredibly expensive so I'm just wondering why so few show up here for sale. I could probably pick them off one-at-a-time on E-Bay but I would expect to see more here but always seem to find the same ones! Just curious .
