I don't really want one since my cut off for Canada is 1988. I just saw one on E-Bay advertised as very rare and checked in Unitrade and saw a very high price with no reason given. Just curious why it is so rare. I collected inscription blocks for a while and never saw prices like this!!

According to Unitrade less than 50 sheets with inscriptions exist. There were problems at the printers so most were issued without inscriptions.

You're right Victor, that's what it says!! How I missed it I don't know - old age with selective vision must be creeping in!!

That is a reference to full sheets remaining. The plate blocks are scarce, but more available than the 200 (4 inscription per pane) that sentence implies.

I have several in stock (various corners) C$75 each.

That seems like a fair price Roy, the one I saw offered on E-Bay was $250!!
