I contacted the seller and was assured that the stamps were the perf variety I needed. I hope so since this is the 4th time I will have purchased the "correct set" on eBay with the first 3 being the regular perf. 13.5.. In each case the seller confirmed the perfs to be 14 x 14.5.

I am having some difficulty in locating a set of stamps from the Hong Kong 1997 Modern Landmarks Issue. It is the set of 4 with the perforation variation of 14 x 14 1/2 in mint never hinged condition. If anyone has this set available I know a willing buyer - yours truly.
