The very last stamp ($10) is R221 inscribed 1914.
All the others will have to be determine using the catalog!

Older Scott Catalogs had info on certain Revenue issues, did they not ?
Would a 1945 or '46 do, or perhaps a pre-war 1938 - '39 ?
Maybe I can help you, what kind of trouble are you having?
These seem to be listed in my Scott 1997 US Specialized although an "identifier" would be helpful to sort them out. You'll need
to carefully check perfs - 10 or 11. Also some of the $1 stamps are green and some are yellow green; it looks as though you may
have one or two of the yellow green variant. Here are my guesses to get you started - I'm not an expert.
First row: RD12 if perf. 11, RD30 if p.10. Looks like a finer perf than the 3rd stamp so I'm guessing 11. RC10, RD30(if p10), R240a, RD12 (d?)
2nd row: RD31, R241 (or R258 if p.10), R241, R241, RD13, RC11.
3rd row: R242, RD14; then RD15, RD15, RD15.
4th row: R244 (if p.11), RD16, RD16, RD16; then RD32, R245 (if p.11, R259 if p.10), R245 (same comment)
These are mostly cheapies although a couple listed for a few dollars in the 1997 catalog - I'm assuming they are all used? Hard to tell
on some because they didn't have gum - and the pen cancels tend to wash off.
Making an identifier is easy to make by anyone, use the "illus. number"!
