Uline do not seem to sell them but this site does, but of course it is in UK. Not sure what shipping would be to states or Canada.

Edit: Staples have a range of envelopes but nothing with a cardboard backpiece. This may possibly be due to North American postal regulations that require bendability (spellcheck says this is not a proper word) for standard mail.
second Edit: Staples photo mailers are probably the nearest you will get.

I would say that these would be sufficiently similar https://www.uline.com/Product/Detail/S-5 ...
at 9 lbs for 100 in a case, works out to a bit less than 1.5 oz per mailer.

Ok, Why did I not find them when I looked at that site, thanks Roy. Think I need new glasses or more than one brain cell.
The Uline product is cardboard on both sides whereas the UK ones are cardboard one side and paper on the other. The Uline ones would almost immediately go over the basic thickness of 5mm that applies here in the UK.
As for the costs I would not buy the Uline as they are too expensive.

Spellcheck is just barely above a high school level dictionary.
T am always adding words that Spellcheck underlines.
As a collector of British Commonwealth, I purchase many of my stamps and covers from English dealers. It seems to me that about 80% or so of those shipments are send in what I might term as an all in one mailer. A flat package with a piece of cardboard wrapped in brown paper. Those of you in the UK or who buy from UK dealers know what I am referring to.
Can someone please let me know who, if anyone, sells these mailers there in the US? I would love to be able to use them when I make sales to my Ebay customers.
Thanks,
David
