I'm not sure if this is the same Gordon C. Williams. His obituary mentions his stamp collecting.

There are a lot of old time collectors whose covers constantly pop up. With US postmarks Marjorie Woodworth of Pullayap Washington was a collector in the 1940s to 1950s. She serviced a lot of covers and worked with others since some of her covers came from different sources.
I’m sitting in an airport on my phone or I could add a few more!

I hope it is a small cellphone.
Cover collectors have you noticed that when searching boxes of covers on collectors name keeps popping up ? When attending shows in the Albany N.Y. area i constantly see worldwide postcards and covers for this gent from the 1920s to this Argentine cover from 1964. He was either long lived or had a son with the same name. At one show a friend of mine and myself found a shoebox of his worldwide cards for a dollar apiece...i guess the dealer did not know or care about them...we started pulling them..my friend got quite a few of the early Siam postcards but i did get one that i sold to a collector for $90.00. Anyway i am thinking about starting a mini collection of this fellow.
