My Scotts only lists O131 as "Used" with no distinction.

Scott indicates that when the price is italicized for O7-O183 the price is for favored cancels (CTO). Otherwise it does not give a value for postally-used. Maybe Michel does.

Thanks George. Having never used (or seen) a Michel catalogue, this was my first time finding that disconnect in pricing (and a HUGE one at that!)
I just wanted to make sure I understood the parameters before I continue buying (and bugging sellers to explain it to me).

Can someone please let me know the values given for Mi 256 "Used" in 1) CTO and 2) Postally-Used conditions.
