There was a discussion about this "stamp" a couple months ago and I can't remember the result. I do remember that it was supposedly hard to find and some people were asking huge amounts for it on line. And then all discussion about it just seemed to stop.
Does this help? https://www.npr.org/2022/04/20/109376450 ...
It does.
There seems to be two versions of this regular postage stamp, regular gum and self-stick, my copy is self stick.
Very nice collectors item from a not so nice period in history!

Great one for the new archives!
...as I understand from all web posting, Facebook and other, it is just one private issue, today it is popular around globe, but very unpopular around collectors community, private issue is allowed for use just inland, and probably, it is reason why it is placed on back of cover.
I remember that Montenegro have one "kind" of it, where is, on regular issues, allowed to print image on tab, but after some time, they canceled this option, so next I know, that Serbia have this option, to print private issue, with 22.00 Dinar face value, that is just for inland use.
Here in Israel, it is allowed too, but just on stamps salvage or tab, and stamp for inland use only.
Information that I have from market say that popularity to collect private issues are very low,
probably just collectors that specialize in specific country will have it in collection as to
complete it, but as frequency of issues and quantity made, will be very big obstacle
to complete country collection.
One of sample for this obstacle, I can show, is Serbia issue, under topic of "Judaica", (shown on picture), where stamp was
printed just in 200 pcs quantity, so result is that it will be almost impossible to have it in any
serious collection of this country.
So this Ukraine issue, that have an great popularity from beginning, go to be printed in "huge" quantity, as I see,
will fade over time with popularity, same as other private issues from this specific country
(they have it plenty, some with very disturbing design, some celebrating Nazi soldiers in WWII).
If they will allow (Ukraine Post Company) to continue with this kind of design and topic?
Probably yes, as civil war is going there, and people will use all possibility to make some money at this hard time,
let's imagine, that next topic will be Crimea Bridge, or others "liberated territory".
I will not call what's going on in Ukraine a civil war by any stretch of the imagination.
I agree with StampCollector. An outright invasion is what it is!
Just received this letter from Ukraine, is the stamp on the back of the envelope a regular postage stamp, a war stamp or is it a stamp at all.
