Sorry the picture is not real clear, but in my current state of mind, best I could do. 2 headed eagle with crown in between their heads. The shield in the middle throws me. There is no wording on the stamp. Only the 10 in the lower corners and the partial postal mark.

I use arfinView. If someone can tell my how to get a better picture, I am all ears.
