Good morning,

I am starting to prepare for selling my Flag Collection and I know I will have a number of questions about the USA/Canada items.

Tagging: I am not very experienced with Tagging outside of GB stamps and I cannot find reference to the type of tagging on this item (Scott#1984). My UV Lamp is dead. Is this 'all-over' or block (bar) tagging. My Scott specialized does not specify, at least I can't find it. It doesn't look like the latter but want to be sure.

Also, I have seen single copies being listed online (2) with Cat.No 1984d but showing partial black. Is this usual ? Surely if a colour is 'missing' then it should be totally missing. At least that's what I understand it to mean. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

yes, for a color to be "Missing" it must be utterly absent. Black is evident here, so not missing. that said, these are wonderful freaks and should command some premium
