I don't see a town or city in the address.
The envelope clearly states, "Address"? The information in the address area of the envelope looks more like from a business card.
Or maybe this is part of the recipient's CV. Accountant for 2 years and a director for another 5?
the absence of street address, city, province might be in play here
Give up, No way.
You might use the country's formal name;
The Republic of the Union of Myanmar
Plus,
since the ministries of this'a and that'a all
have offices in Bangkok I'd add it in somewhere
Charlie: You probably meant to say Naypyidaw, the Capital of Myanmar (Formerly Burma).
I checked and the USPS does not seem to have restrictions on mailing to Myanmar.
rrr....
This time with the right amount of postage, I hope.
" .... This time with the right amount of postage, I hope....."
A recent letter from DannyS in Bangkok took 24 days to reach me just before we loaded the moving truck, 6 days less than a previous mailing from him in December.
If you ask him, I am sure he will give you some insight as to what to expect, as he kept notes on mail from me and others to him and the reverse.
Mailed to Thailand today, 6/4/22 let's see how long it takes to get there.
Incoming mail to Thailand is arriving quite quickly. The reverse is a still a problem although as Charlie says, it's faster than last year. Post to Myanmar is anybody's guess.
