No one can help you by looking at the scan you have posted. Each individual computer shows color based on some minor techie settings on the computer's color board.
There is an explanation for this in greater detail, and I hope more correct, elsewhere on the forum that you can access through the' search feature.

Is the color red or scarlet (in your opinion)?.....even with Stanley Gibbons color chart I've gone back and forth several times.
