Any help on identifying this stamp with the overprint reading "Tribute to Lindbergh"

I gather it is Spanish of some sort, but cannot make out the country.

Is this the one you are referring to, Mel? It is not easy to read, but it was issued by Panama.

Smauggie, yes that is the one. I thought I had looked at all the countries, but missed Panama. I thought the large P at the beginning of the word Panama was some kind of ornament. It all makes sense now.
