We get it. Now that I have my thriving (huh?) eBay store, I’ve been buying large lots of covers. A lot of them wind up in my pile! Same reasons.
Yours is interesting since it’s the unsealed flyer rate.. was it sealed? Or is flap still free?
Second degree is that it was mailed to Canada. I’m assuming during one of the postal treaty periods that allowed mail to Canada at US domestic rates. Even then I don’t know if the 1-1/2 cent rate would apply?

The flap is sealed...very fine slit on the postage end, the postmark on the front only shows the month but not the day. There is a St. Johns postmark on the back Nov 12 and slogan Wear a Poppy Remembrance Day.
How great!
i go through the dollar cover boxes and come home with something like this ..what attracts me..because the return address has Stamp in it ??? Help !
