I wonder if we were trying to pay the same person. I tried to pay an invoice a couple times and eventually figured his link was screwed up and sent the money directly through PayPal instead - it worked fine! Did his "handle" start with an "S"? End with an "H"?

I have lots waiting for invoicing with 5 or 6 sellers at the moment. Could one of you please invoice me so I can investigate this problem?

Are you still having the problem with PayPal? I just tried paying an invoice that Jan-Simon sent me and it went through to PayPal fine.

I messaged the seller to let him know I was sending the money directly through PayPal. He should know by now, I hope! It is so much easier to pay when the seller has this link, most of you do. But it really helps if it works!!!!

Yes and yes. This is the person.
Paying directly will require knowing the correct e-mail address. This puts another unknown in the equation.
But if you were successful, I guess the e-mail I will retrieve using the profile of the person will be the one they use with Paypal.

Surely this seller is linked to paypal and clicking on the paypal button on the invoice would not be a problem.
If this seller s invoices do not have the paypal button then maybe a quiet word in his ear that he should link to paypal is the solution.

Unless the link has been fixed in the last day or so, it doesn't work! I really appreciate those who have the link, if not, they have to trust me to not make a mistake with their email address!

I worked with the seller in question and they changed a setting in their PayPal setup that I suggested. I ran a test using a test invoice that I had setup and the problem didn't occur. Please try paying your invoices again and let me know if you are still seeing a problem.

I tried to pay an invoice from two different computers and both times the Paypal site responded with a message that I should try it later.
