Can anyone tell me how I can tell the difference between Cameroun 117 and 131? Looking at my Scott catalogue, I can see no difference. I'm sure there must be a way, but I cannot find it.

Never mind... This was dumb of me. It's the inscription that's different. Sometime the truth is right in front of you and you miss it completely.

Details like that are like eyeglasses. hard to find
when atop your head or tucked in the neckline of
your shirt.

Tell me about it... More than once I've looked for my glasses and after a minute realized I was wearing them.
