It is a Warsaw local 6 Groszy surcharge over 5. Michel #8 (after the main Polish listings). Value in my 1990 catalog was only 0.50 DM.

Scott once listed them between Poland #2-10, but delisted them due to their local nature. Scott #11-14 are the local stamps surcharged and overprinted for national use.

I have been trying to identify this stamp. The currency is Groszy which would indicate Poland. However the year 1915 is also on the stamp. Scott doesn't show any Polish stamps before 1918. The postmark also says Poctza.
I would appreciate any help you can give,
