I have never had any of those problems. I always respond within the email and the shipping looks correct for anything I charge shipping on, which are not many things as I have adjusted my prices to reflect shipping and also mark up due to accepting best offers. The only thing that drives me a little crazy is when ebay decides I cannot send something media mail. My work around for that is to simply use paypal shipping and cut and paste the tracking into the mailing.

I have noticed of late that due to shipping delays, by the time I get items the ability to give feedback has gone. Twice this month I have emailed sellers to advise that items have been received, but no ability to leave feedback.
You would think that ebay would extend the period for feedback when they know the postal system is chaotic, well more so than usual.
My problem with Ebay TODAY is that I am being asked to respond to Offers, but there is no "RESPOND" button. Nor do I know the amount of the Offer.
