" ... when I check in Scott's 2018 it has value of $35.00 ..."
I resolve these anomalies by never using the word "value"
in the same sentence as "Scott's" if I can help it. Scott's
"listing" fits into reality as I perceive it, far better.
I wonder what other price sources for Swiss stamps,
preferably actual buy and sell data, suggest?
First of all there are 3 different types of this stamp :
Citizens Voting
September 17, 1938
10 F. (1938 - Greenish Paper) Michel 330v
May 11, 1942
10 F. (1942 - Yellowish Paper) Michel 330w
July 27, 1954
10 F. (1954 - Surface Colored) Michel 330x
I found it on StampWorld for sale for $ 0,80 and on ebay from $ 1,95 up to $ 36,97
Catalog value? Hipstamps says $3,00
The more you look the more confused you get.
Prices may vary quite a lot but the using price sold is a better indication of market than listing prices.
It is the 1955 issue, Scott #286. Used $3.00
Always check the notes below the original listing in Scotts for "See ... " for additional, later varieties.

Here are some examples of both issues, showing the greenish surface colored paper of the original set and the yellowish / cream colored paper of the later issues. Michel is naturally more specific in the listings than Scott.
