Hi,
I'm not going to try to translate the Dutch comment but the stamp is an unissued Armenian stamp from around 1922.
print refers to football match (soccer)

Edit to add 1974 world cup final was between Netherlands and Germany.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1974_FIFA_World_Cup_Final
... was the Netherlands. With the Russians (2-0,
Gullit and Van Basten) also became the male
of the 1974 World Cup (Germany - Netherlands
2-1) records. Top players are now disappearing
abroad. Clubs threaten to
weaken but the national team counts
along: a favorite for the 2000 European Championship.
Quite a curious translation. Google translate didn't really get it. "Kater" means hangover.
What it says is that by beating the Soviet Union in 1988, the sour taste of losing the 1974 world cup finals in 1974 was gone.
You didn't think that I would be able to translate this on my own... This is Google! I have many letters written to my grandfather and grandmother from relatives in the "old country". Most are old German (grandfather) or Croatian (grandmother), I have been trying to translate them on my own (given the exorbitant cost of hiring a professional translator) using google and dictionaries. Then there's the issues of regional dialects and usage of certain words. I end up with bits and pieces, phrases that make sense... but not a complete coherent letter. Anyway, I didn't want anyone to think I actually translated this message... Just Googled it.
Try Deepl.com, it's better then Google translate.
I'll give it a try... Thanks!
