Does any one think that the lines on the left two stamps, the top one shows the re-cutting?

? what lines do you mean and on which stamp, there are not two on the left only one. you have uploaded the same image twice.
Top right stamp looks like it is torn.
?Are we looking at frame lines, background lines or something completely different.

I checked all over the stamp, cannot identify any recuts.

"Specialised Collector of Australian Pre-Decimal & Decimal Stamps"
