Ma's Illustrated Catalogue of the Stamps of China (1998)(reprint).
"The major differences between the wide and narrow types of the Single Circle stamp is in the width of the design. That of the narrow type is 18.5 - 19 mm, whereas that of the width of the wide ones is 20 - 20.5 mm. Among the Single Circle stamps the 15 cents green is only of narrow type. The 15 cents red and 20 cents are only of the wide type. So the simplest way to distinguish the wide and narrow type is to take the 15 cents green stamp as standard of the narrow type and to take either 15 cents red or 20 cents as standard for the wide type. Those with the same width of the design as the 15 cents green are of the narrow type and those with same width as the 15 cents red or 20 cents are of the wide type.
"In case of mint stamps, the narrow and wide types can also be distinguished from the differences in the characteristics of the gum. The gum on the narrow stamps is yellowish in color, thicker, and more gloomy; while that on the wide stamps is white in color, thinner, smoother, and more shining."

I just started reviewing my Scott Classic 2022 regarding the type II of A37 Sun Yat-Sen definitives wet & dry printings. The Scott notes indicate the wet printings due to shrinkage measure 18.5-19.5mm by 22-23mm. There is no direct info on the size of the dry printings.
Does anyone have a China or other catalog with information on the type II printing sizes? Also are there any specifics on perforations for type II values?
My measurements show stamp sizes 19-20mm by 22-23mm.
