I purchased two school boy albums from 1931 and there are many hundreds of stamps that I need to examine.
The stamp depicted I can not find it as used in China in the Stanley Gibbons Catalogue. I have seen mention of others used in Shanghai and Canton.
Any information would be appreciated.

You'll find the CHINA overprints in the catalogue after the Treaty Ports. This is SG3
