This has been a tough area to complete. I posted an article and copies of my collection a number of years ago, and I have made quite a bit of progress, venturing now into some of the perforation varieties.
But Cilicia Postage Due was always a challenge.
Many overprints on the Turkish stamps are counterfeit.
And the o/p on the 4 French stamps are hard to find. (but not as hard as the 2 Air Mails)

A few months back, I won the few missing Cilicia French op Postage Due stamps, only to discover that the envelope was lost.
Finally it arrived, Could it have been side tracked on one of our backlogged port containers (even if it probably went by air)? Just another post office mystery.

Here is the page.

A couple of the o/p on Turkish stamps still have me a bit concerned about authenticity, so I still look at material being offered, but Scott # 13-16 were a real challenge, and I can focus on the handful of other tough to find items (including the elusive 9A, with certificate)!
