To prove that it's an imperf, you'll have to have at least a pair. The one on ebay is a scam.
I agree that the one on eBay is a scam, you can see the bottom trimmed perfs!
And I agree that we'd need at least a pair to verify authenticity. But the fact that it's postal usage from AARP in 1967.... other red flag... AARP return address is DC, where postmark is Philly.

As I searched through a huge box of covers I found this one! 1318A is the tagged version of the stamp vs untagged. An imperf is not listed in my Scotts Specialized.
I went to eBay and someone has a single listed for $275, but I can see the remnants of bottom perfs on that stamp. So it's not real!
Anyone know anything about this one?
